Founder
Dana is a seasoned custom home builder with over 40 years of experience in the industry. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Dana has a wealth of knowledge in both the practical and business sides of home building. He has held prominent leadership roles, including serving as the Past President of the York County Home Builders Association and the Past District Vice President of the South Carolina Home Builders Association. Dana has also been actively involved in the local community as the Past President of the Lake Wylie Chamber of Commerce. With a passion for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence, Dana continues to build dream homes for families while contributing to the growth of his community and industry.
Cory Greak
General Manager of Operations
Cory is a Texas A&M School of Business graduate with a passion for aviation and business management. He dedicated over 25 years flying for major airlines, where he honed his leadership and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments. After 25 years of flying Cory joined his father-in-law in managing the daily operations of their business as a General Manager. In addition to his managerial role, Cory is working towards becoming a licensed builder in South Carolina, blending his leadership skills with a growing interest in construction and development.

Michelle brings her passion for interior design, new construction, and customer-focused service to every project. Michelle has a diverse background in real estate and interior design, with a particular expertise as an accomplished kitchen and bath designer. With years of experience in the industry, she thrives on helping clients bring their dream homes to life, ensuring each detail aligns with their vision. Michelle’s dedication to creating functional and beautiful spaces is matched by her love of collaborating with clients to make their homebuilding experience seamless and rewarding
